Returns

• You have 30 days from the date the item was purchased.
• To be eligible for a return, your item has to be unused and in new condition.
• You must have a receipt or proof of purchase for any return or exchange to be eligible for a refund.
• There is a 20% re-stock charge on all full-pallet returns.
• Checks that are returned with non-sufficient funds (NFS) will be charged a fee of $50.00
• There are no returns on bulk material or non-stocked items.
• All Returns Subject to Management Approval.
• Minimum 20% re stock on all returns

Refunds

• For items purchased with a check, a refund may take up to 14 days to make sure the check has cleared the bank. When the check has cleared, we will issue a check for the refund. The check can either be mailed or picked up at our location.
• Any cash/check returns $20 and lower will be issued cash, anything higher and we will issue a check.
• Any return requiring a check refund, may not be available during weekend hours. Refund checks will then be available Monday of the following week.
