Hydro-Seeder Procedures
	This pertains to all employee's and customers who will be using the hydro-seeder.
q	Check all equipment and read all procedures before beginning !!!!
Before Starting or restarting
1	Check Oil Level to make sure it is full!
2	Check Throttle Control to make sure it is at the low idle! See below
3	Check Auger level to make sure it is in the neutral position! See below
4	Check Pump Engagement level to make sure it is in the off position! See below
Important: If the above instructions are not followed Hydro-Seeder may not turn on!!!
	Starting Instructions
1	Turn key to pre-heat position, left (L)
2	Wait for glow plug light to go out.
3	Hold down red push button.
	IMPORTANT: HOLD DOWN BUTTON FOR 10 SECONDS AFTER STARTING.
4	Turn key to the right to start engine.
5	After 10 seconds, stop holding red button.
	Throttle Control
1	The throttle control is located on upper level of hydro-
	seeder next to the hose reel.
2	To increase throttle, gently pull up on throttle.
3	To decrease throttle, gently push down on throttle.
	Mixing Instructions
1	Fill Tank 3/4 full of water
2	Start machine
3	Bring idle to 30% - 40% of maximum
4	Set auger in the mix position
5	Add all materials while mixing
6	Top off with water
7	Now you are ready to spray.
	Pump Control
1	To engage pump, pull handle next to throttle towards
	back of hydro-seeder.
2	To disengage pump, push handle towards front of
	hydro-seeder.
	IMPORTANT
1	Do not engage pump until ready to spray.
2	Do not open yellow valve until you have the hose
	pulled out and are ready to spray.
	Having the pump running and yellow valve on for to long without spraying will clog the hose.
	Shut Off Procedures
1	Disengage Pump!
2	Disengage Auger!
3	Lower Engine Throttle all the way to the lowest idle position!
4	Allow Hydro-Seeder to run at this level for a couple minutes!
5	Turn key to strait position.
	Cleaning Instructions
1	Clean inside and outside of hydro-seeder when finished.
2	Open Drain to dump water and excess material.
3	Refill with Appox. 100 gal of water.
4	Start and pump out hose and/or Turrot if used.
5	Check to make sure you have all nozzles & adapters once finished.
